Tea on a rainy afternoon

I don't know about you, but whenever it rains I immediately think of relaxing with a book and a great cup of tea. As I write this, I am reminded of the stacks of books I need to sort for our summer book drive. The Omaha Public Library was kind enough to donate several hundred after their sale. Some of the books will find a new home in the participating Reach Out and Read Clinics while others will settle onto shelves in local shelters. A few will remain in our store play area and lounge for your enjoyment.

I've already read a few great books. One, The Black Snowman, was particularly thought provoking and inspiring. Giving that one up was a struggle, but I am sure its new home will be great.

It's nearly noon and I have not had a cup of tea yet! I must remedy this quickly!
